California born and Argentine raised, her experience as a child and young adult included time in the United States and in the South America country of Argentina. She studied at Le Cordon Bleu, earning Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplome Culinaire.
She has worked & trained to Michelin standers with some of the best chefs in America.
She has been involved in the management of boutique hotels, in menu design, in product development and in delivering master classes and other trainings.
